Happy Birthday Dad!

Yesterday was my Dad's Birthday! It was so much FUN! We went to the Museum of Flight it was so awesome! At the museum they had Air force 1 it was so cool but it was much smaller than you'd expect. We also saw Concorde. Concorde traveled across the Atlantic ocean in two hours and fifty-four minutes. After we were finished with the museum we had dinner at P.F Chang's and then went home to watch Bart wars!

I am currently wiggling a tooth with my tongue; It hurts like a purple and blue bruise I have on my shin when I move it. I am totally bored right know and have until 1:00 'till my writing tutor gets here so I will keep you posted on all the closer it gets to be out of my head..........

Elias Howe, Isaac Singer And Helen Augusta Blanchared

To me these are the three most amazing people. They invented the sewing machine!!!!! we are doing and oral report for school and I chose sewing machines. I found tons of cool stuff. Did you know that Helen Blanchard invented and patent 28 different improvements for the sewing machine. Or that Isaac Singer made the first up and down needle on a sewing machine. Or would you have thought that Walter Hunt, got bored of his amazing sewing machine and never patent it. Later on that same machine Elias Howe patent and improved Walter Hunt's machine! I am so glad I did this reasearch on sewing machines or I wouldn't have anything to talk about.

Sims 2

Sims 2 is the coolest PC game ever! I got it for Christmas and played it for hours! Yesterday I found out that you can make a house for your Sim and before you have them move in, you can fill the house of stuff, free of charge ,and when they move in they buy the house at the same price it started!!!! Saving you tons of money!!!!!!!

Chain Letters :^!

I am sooo tired of chain letters! My friends and I send them to each other almost every day. We only really send them because sometimes they say, well if you don't send this letter to at least 22 people you shall have a very sad and lonely life. Others are really cool like quizzes I don't mind sending those. I've been thinking lately that maybe I should send a really stupid chain letter....... It might be fun.

My wonderful creation with a tiny bit of help!

A couple days ago I finished my very first sewing project! It's a camouflage skirt with the Eiffel tower on it. It is SO cute and we finished it in only 2 days! It was a little trickey because we had to custum do the pattern because all the sizes were to large. We also made a skirt pattern for my American girl doll. Here is a picture of it!

Awesome news!!!!!!!!

GUESS WHAT!!!!! My mom said that maybe if we get our own house we might be able to get a kitten!!!!! I LOVE kittens they are so cute and cuddly. I've wanted another one since our other one got eaten by coyotes in Sammamish. I really really wanted one since we went to vermont because Jim had a cat. So I went on the internet and I found some really cute Kittens!!!!!

Yum! Turkey Day!

I know I'm a little late, but better late then never right? Well just thought I should tell you that we had a good Thanksgiving and I hope that you had one too. On Thanksgiving morning we took out all our art supplies and my little brother Isaac had the best idea EVER! We took out the coffee filters, and cut circles out of paper and then we colored the coffee filters. We glued everything together and they were the cutest turkeys we ever made. We told our parents to stay upstairs until we were done and we showed them our turkeys after we got them a cup of coffee!

The Best Game Ever

Last night we played the best game ever! Uncle Bryan I know that you played this game so I'm just gonna let you guess! For everyone that isn't Uncle Bryan the best game ever is Settler's of Catan! Well I mean it sits right next to The Game of Life, Life is also an awesome game. It's very had to choose:)! Which one do you like better??????????

My Book recommendations

Lately I've been reading these great books and I thought you might like to know what they are. "Love, Star girl" is a great book by Jerry Spinelli. Its an awesome story about Susan Caraway, a girl who changes her name to Star girl in a club with her adult friend Archie she has to move and her whole life changes. She meets a little girl named Dootsie and Dootsie introduces her to one of her friends who has agoraphobia (a disease where you are afraid of going outside) and orders donuts from Margie's the local donut shop and the girl who delivers them is named Alvina and Dootsie has her opinions about her.The other story I'm reading is "Tourist trap" by Emma Harrison,it is about Cassandra Grace and she lives in Lake Logan, and every summer "invaders" come to Lake Logan for their summer vacations. The Kent's are ( a family who's mother used to live in Lake Logan and ran away with one of the Kent's boys and never came back) a legend and one summer they come to visit. Cassie crushes over Jared Kent and, well I haven't really read the rest so I'll get back to you. So,anyway these books are really good and DO recommend them!

Noel

I have officially been in a hurricane.Two weeks ago hurricane Noel hit Massachusetts. It was so much fun! At first it wasn't much and we were all prepared and my dad was kinda disappointed when nothing happened.We went to the beach to see everything and it was horrible it was cold windy and sand was in the rain the was sand so all your clothes got sandy and wet.You couldn't see anything. we went back home and we still had power so we took showers and watched Peewees Big Adventure.Then out of no were the power went out so we got our Mini Mag lights and got our beds set up upstairs.The next the power was still out until late afternoon and I can say I was in a hurricane!

Vermont

We went to Vermont last week and it is the most beautiful state in the US! We went to see my dad's good friend that he hadn't seen in years he has three kids Iggy, Selena and James. They are all very nice and fun to play with but James is turning 2 in January so we couldn't really play with him. In Vermont we were looking for a house to rent and we saw a house and its garage was practically the Leaning Tower of Pisa.... we didn't look inside.We stayed in a awesome hotel that Jim works at. He is the manager(Jim is my dad's friend).It was so much fun and the hotel was huge too. The Clay Brooke is a ski resort so we went on one of the ski runs to find snow and it was really steep. When we finally reached the top we found fox tracks and a little bit of blood, my mom thinks the fox cut his foot on the ice, because under the snow is a thick layer of ice. When we got back we all went to lunch with my dad. The next day we left, it takes 4 hours to get back to Massachusetts.

For fun we went to a market and picked up two fresh caught live lobsters!My brothers and I named them before our dad said it was a bad idea. Their names were Louie and Ferris Isaac wanted to name Ferris Hershey but I thought Hershey was a stupid name. When we got home we put them in the fridge and went out to town again. We came home close to dinner time so we were all excited to eat the lobster then my dad said we had to wait. We waited and a little while before we put them in the pot Ferris got really mad he flicked his tail and was really close to pinching dad even though he had bands around his claws! After we boiled them we ate them and they were so goooooood!!!!

Massachusetts

The amazing Massachusetts. We arrived at 11:00 p.m to our lovey house,you know Massachusetts is pretty big when you've drove in the car for .....EVER. We obviously fell asleep and to my surprise my dad didn't carry me in from the car,I guess my easy days are over.

Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls is so amazing! Before you get to the falls there are harsh rapids and strong currents. You walk a little ways before you get to the falls but when you do get to the falls they are quieter then you would think yet still so amazing . You can take a boat to get a better look at the falls or you can go on the observation tower but if you don't feel like spending money just walk the paths for the same view .

Lake Eerie

The states Ohio and Pennsylvania were cool because we were able to see lake eerie in both of them. It seems we drove through them fast but we stopped so many times it was weird. In Eerie ,Pennsylvania we went to a restaurant and these people called the dueling pianos played and they were terrible and mean. They made fun of people and luckily when the started we were ready to leave.

Great plains

We drove straight though Colorado it had a whole bunch of antelope it was beautiful. Nebraska, Iowa and, Illinois was mostley plains ,corn fields and rolling hills the great plains were a sight to see.In Indiana we sang the Gary Indiana song almost the whole way through .I think that was the most receptive part of the car trip.

Fort Union

In New Mexico we went to Fort Union. It was so cool!It wasn't just and army base like Fort Casey, it was more like a town instead.The homes were tiny each family there had a square for their house only a one room home can you imagine. Fort Union also had a hospital aswell as a jail with three layers of brick. And instead of the toilet they had a hole called the privey were they would use the bathroom.

Monte` Vista

We past Flagstaff on our way through AZ, and I think that might be my favorite town we went through it is beautiful and I almost didn't want to leave I know we hadn't gone far,but I mean you cant go wrong with flagstaff we didn't stay there but we did check out an awesome hotel.

The Monte` Vista was amazing, it had so many old er loom seeming decorations, old bottles ,typewriters everything. A maintenance man who's name was Clinten was kind enough to tall us some cool history.

For a light there was a really cool looking pistol from the old janitor and he used to out shooting targets. The pistol was attached to and old water pipe, that certain kind of water pipe would run along a railroad track that ran out side the hotel. It was so cool looking! we left a little later so we could go find a different hotel, so we could as my dad says "Put on some miles."

The Party

Our we and our friends had a going away away party and it was so much fun!!!! It didn't seem much like a going away party, maybe because we weren't really ,going,away we were just taking a very long vacation. Or I could be wrong it may have been because we were having so much fun. I don't know but what I do know is that I miss them and I wish they were here. Let me fill you in on the party it may take a while so sit down if you aren't all ready.

My friends Gwen,Shopie and Berkley have American Girl dolls like me and so they brought them to the party and we did their hair changed their clothes and other stuff that is much more fun than then telling you this very story.As usual the boys stole the dolls and hurt the dolls and worst of all they stole Jocelyn's baby doll !

But we all had fun and during the end of the party my mom brought out the M&M's and Jocelyn went wacky she did every thing she could to get her hands on them and she finally did after a lot of hard work . not much happened after that besides people going home and Jocelyn going to sleep. So every one had a good time my mom cried one too many times in my opinion and I got really tired.

Eve

I have an American Girl Doll named Eve. My friend got one and we have been making clothes for them. There are two outfits I really like and one outfit has two shirts the one with sweat pants.

Some times the outfits seem like there are gonna be so cool but they turn out , blah,. Thats why I only put two pictures of outfits on my blog.

Angelfish

I am working on An Angelfish that I got for Christmas. It's made out of little wood pieces that i popped out of sheets of the design .I have to put it together its tricky because a lot of the scales fall out. Im not very fer because i only started yesterday, but i can't wait to finish it!

"Gift Shop"

Today the boys discovered a new game. Isaac puts a blanket over himself and holds out his arms so the blanket looks like its a "Gift Shop."Eli almost running goes into the "gift shop" and tackles Isaac to the floor. They roll and punch at each other. I watch them for the amusment and it just hurts to look at them .

stinky

Berkely and her family bought the coolest trailer ever!They have been camping alot and a couple days ago they left on another trip. Berk got back and she called me that Sasha their dog had gotten sprayed by a skunk!I played with Berk that day and her family was still trying to get rid of the smell and they said that tomato juice dosnt work. So they're stuck with a stinky dog until the stink goes away!

Amy

Today I played with Sherry's niece . Sherry is the next door neighbor.Amy is really cool we could talk for ever! She likes American Girl dolls and she has the exact same one as me it's so cool!She lives on a farm, her and her family own a couple of goats and Amy has just bought a new one a couple days ago. Amy is awesome and i can't wait to see her again! :)

John Hinson composer

My dad is one of my biggest heroes.He is always there for me when I need him and I've always wanted to be him!John Hinson 'my dad' is a solo pianist composer , he even has his own website http://www.johnhinson.com/ its really cool! Hes always been a roll model and that's one of the reasons I love him!My dad is going full time with his piano playing and that's why we are going to cape cod.He will be on three radio stations. Its really cool!

home school

This week we started home school and its really fun .Our mom kinda teaches us but we mostly work from work books. All in all its pretty fun but I almost wish I was going to a school . I mean I really like my mom being my teacher but I'm so used to old school with the big grey and boring building. So I mean so I mean I really do like it. I am excited to do it all year or how ever long we do it!

cape cod

My family and I are going to Cape Cod over the winter, and I am so excited about it. There are like a zillion reasons I'm excited but , um ,well I don't have enough room for a zillion reasons so ill just tell you a few:)!have you ever seen the movie -Jaws- it is so cool(but I still get the creeps). The movie jaws is based off a story from cape cod. I am NOT going swimming.Another reason I want to go is that it will just fun to go there and hang out with my family and have fun. The last reason I want to go is because I have never been so it will be fun to explore the place.Anyway I cant wait.:)

For my B -day my grandma sent me a couture thing called -imagine this -and I am working on an out fit (a tennis outfit). And well anyway I am so excited because it is almost finished.
